In some instances, where a service falls outside of our primary regulator remit, we will, with your agreement, refer you to other specialist organisations who are able to provide additional services that you may require. Whilst PIC (Europe) S.A. may undertake various background checks on third party service provider’s property companies, financial institutions that it introduces to you, it is your responsibility to instruct your own specialist financial & legal advisors to undertake due diligence and provide adequate and satisfactory advice to you before proceeding with any transaction.
